2022 Prayer and Challenge

2022 Prayer and Challenge

My prayer and challenge is that you become the person you are meant to be on the earth in 2022.

Don’t go through life stuck in a job or career that God did not intend for you. Follow your dreams, passions and fulfill your destiny on the earth. Contact me if you need prayer, guidance and wisdom to become the person you are meant to be.

Genesis 2:15 The Lord God took the man and put him in the Garden to work it.

God’s people have so much to be thankful for – even if you are going through a tough time in life. For those who don’t know God or maybe you were once close to Him – God loves you, and His mercy endures forever!

Psalm 118:1 Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! His faithful love endures forever.

DISTRESS? In my distress I prayed to the Lord, and the Lord answered me and set me free. Psalm 118:5

PEOPLE? The Lord is for me, so I will have no fear. What can mere people do to me? Yes, the Lord is for me; He will help me. I will look in triumph at those who hate me. It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in people. Psalm 118:6-8

POLITICS - GOV’T? It is better to take refuge in the Lord than to trust in princes. Psalm 118:9

FINALLY The Lord is my strength and my defense. He has become my salvation. Psalm 118:14

God is calling you to reach people outside of church. In this podcast Lee James founder of Vital2You explains how you can make disciples outside the four walls of the church!

Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.

Today you will hear an essential discipleship discussion with Lee James founder of Vital2You. Lee has been in ministry and business for over 36 years and my personal friend for 20 years.

Matthew 28:19 Go therefore and make disciples of all nations.

Things happen that we don’t expect in life. We make plans, and they just don’t work out! So what do we do – rebuke the devil and pray? Yes!

But there’s something we should always do, and that is to rejoice in the Lord. Now we don’t rejoice when sickness hits us or when we lose our job. We rejoice in the Lord because of who he is and what he’s done for us!

Philippians 4:4
Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!

Lead By Example

In today’s podcast, I share an essential leadership principle that I learned when I worked for John and Lisa Bevere of Messenger International. Also, when I traveled to Israel, I discovered the origin of Psalm 23, which is the famous battle between David and Goliath.

(Psalm 23:1,4) The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want. Though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

Challenges in your marriage and family? Men try this one thing…

Then the LORD God took the man and put him into the garden of Eden to cultivate it. (Genesis 2:15 NASB)

What does this really mean? Cultivate means to till, prepare the ground, and do the kind of things that promote growth through your labor and attention. It also means to improve, to take whatever you have and make it better,  to create the conditions to sustain life and to do the kinds of things that make it even better than you found it. When God told Adam to cultivate the garden, he wanted Adam to bring out the very best to maximize the potential. (Excerpt from A Real Man by Brian Chu)

  • Are your actions bringing out the very best in your wife, children, family members, friends, and co-workers?
  • Are you maximizing the potential of everyone and everything around you?
  • Are you cultivating an atmosphere in your home that welcomes God and his presence in all we do?

  • 7 Write this to Philadelphia, to the Angel of the church. The Holy, the True—David's key in his hand, opening doors no one can lock, locking doors no one can open—speaks: 8 "I see what you've done. Now see what I've done. I've opened a door before you that no one can slam shut.
  • You don't have much strength, I know that; you used what you had to keep my Word. You didn't deny me when times were rough.
  • 9 "And watch as I take those who call themselves true believers but are nothing of the kind, pretenders whose true membership is in the club of Satan—watch as I strip off their pretensions and they're forced to acknowledge it's you that I've loved.
  • 10 "Because you kept my Word in passionate patience, I'll keep you safe in the time of testing that will be here soon, and all over the earth, every man, woman, and child put to the test. 11 "I'm on my way; I'll be there soon. Keep a tight grip on what you have so no one distracts you and steals your crown.
  • 12 "I'll make each conqueror a pillar in the sanctuary of my God, a permanent position of honor.
  • Then I'll write names on you, the pillars: the Name of my God, the Name of God's City—the new Jerusalem coming down out of Heaven—and my new Name.
